Bostami Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

When you enroll in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not share your account credentials, download (unless explicitly permitted), reproduce, redistribute, or broadcast any course material without our prior written consent.

All fees for premium courses and subscriptions must be paid upfront. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for premium plans if you are not satisfied, provided you meet our refund policy criteria. Recurring subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the billing date.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts our services. You may not post or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains malware. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The Bostami Education platform and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We also do not guarantee specific educational or career outcomes from taking our courses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bostami Education and its affiliates, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
